Village Kyoto, a Modern Style Japanese Hotel

In Kyoto, a city redolent of the history of Japan, a new type of lodging featuring the attractions of both a Japanese inn and a hotel is grand opened in October 2008.
All guest rooms are in the relaxing Japanese style, and spacious communal baths relieve your fatigue. A complimentary boxed (bento) breakfast is provided.

Providing relaxation in Japanese tatami rooms

All guests rooms are Japanese tatami rooms and sofa beds with optional mattresses and Japanese futon bedding are available. As guests prepare their beds by placing futons on the sofa beds, they can enjoy the unconstrained feeling that travel provides in privacy. Some may enjoy a lively chat with their companions on the sofas while others may retire to their futons earlier than usual.
